Name the story, name the error, attach what proves it. We reply within two business days. Corrections publish with a date and link from the story they fix.
Documents
Denied? Send the letter. We read every denial letter we receive. The letter is the story; the paperwork does the talking.
We do not name a source who asks not to be named, and we do not publish a document over the objection of the person it names without telling them first.
